Personalized Compass Protocol

Let's untangle yourchild's meltdowns and mood swings

A personalized supplement stack, a home balance board, and a daily protocol you finish in ten minutes — rewritten every week around your check-ins.

This isn't a discipline problem. It's a nervous system running above its recovery rate — and trying harder does not fix a capacity problem.

The problem

You've tried everything, and the same days keep repeating.

Mornings start with a fight. Bedtime takes two hours. Everyone in the house is running on empty, and the advice you get is either vague or expensive.

Capacity, not willpower. Capacity can be rebuilt — but only by changing the inputs a nervous system reads every day.

Why Thrivr Exists

I didn't start Thrivr because I had it all figured out.

I started it because I didn't, and I was tired of pretending I did.

My son was young when a doctor first brought up medication. I remember sitting in that office feeling two things at once: relief that someone finally had a plan, and this quiet, gnawing feeling that we hadn't tried everything yet. Not because I was against medication. I just couldn't say yes to that step without understanding what was actually happening underneath his focus, his moods, the meltdowns that seemed to come out of nowhere.

So I did what a lot of us do. I stayed up too late. I read too much. I fell down every rabbit hole the internet had to offer, half out of hope and half out of guilt that I wasn't doing enough already.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, I found things that actually helped: ways to tackle the cause, not only mask the symptoms and calm his nervous system, support his gut, help him sleep, layered with a few other quiet, unglamorous tools nobody had ever mentioned to me. It wasn't a miracle. It was a shift. His sleep got a little better. His moods steadied. His focus, slowly, came back.

What surprised me even more than his progress was what happened to me. For the first time in longer than I could remember, I wasn't just reacting to the next crisis. I had somewhere to put my energy that wasn't pure worry.

I built Thrivr because I refined that same approach for my own son, and I couldn't stop thinking about every other mom out there Googling the same questions at midnight, carrying the same guilt, feeling just as alone as I did. This was never a clinical protocol I read about somewhere. It's the path I actually walked, turned into something other families can walk too; without having to piece it together from scratch, exhausted, by themselves, at 1am.

The approach

Four things that actually help.

Natural-first Nutrition
and a targeted supplement stack, built around your child specifically — not instead of therapy or medication, but alongside it.
Vestibular therapy
Two to four minutes a day on the home balance board, sized to your child's age — a real, well-established pathway for building focus and calm from the body up.
New habits, not new rules
A simple daily structure your child can actually keep. Built the way real habits form — small, consistent, repeatable — not another chart that stops working in a week.
You're not doing this alone
Real parents, in it with you — plus support when you need to adjust course.

Emotional dysregulation and meltdownsThe constant cycle of intense outbursts, shutdowns, or rapid mood swings that leave the whole household drained. One of the top parent-reported challenges across ADHD, autism, and combined diagnoses.Chronic sleep disruptionKids who can't fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake repeatedly — which drives parental exhaustion, anxiety, and reduced capacity the next day.Sensory overload and sensitivitiesEveryday environments — noise, lights, textures, crowds, food — trigger overwhelm for the child, and often for the mother too, making simple outings exhausting.Focus, attention, and executive-function strugglesHomework battles, forgotten items, inability to start or finish tasks, time-blindness. Ordinary school and home routines become daily power struggles.Anxiety and internalising distressHigh levels of worry, demand avoidance, social anxiety, or shutdowns that keep the child — and the mother — in a state of hypervigilance.Gut and digestive issuesConstipation, reflux, bloating, food intolerances, or irregular bowel habits that affect mood, sleep, and behaviour — reported in a large majority of autistic children.Picky/selective eating and nutrition gapsExtreme food texture aversions or limited diets that leave mothers worried about nutrient shortfalls while fighting mealtime battles every day.Behavioural challenges and impulsivityHyperactivity, aggression, elopement risk, or non-compliance that feels constant — and publicly judged.Social isolation and friendship difficultiesThe child struggles to connect or maintain friendships; mothers feel isolated from other parents and judged in public.System navigation, advocacy load, and maternal burnoutEndless fights for school support, assessments, and therapies, plus career sacrifice and the feeling of never being “enough.” Mothers carry the bulk of this invisible labour.

Each one opens the same 15-question assessment, framed around that challenge.
